The city opened their season with 2-0 victory over Brighton but lost 1-0 to Girona in a friendly match most recently. 

Man City will enter the big game with their new signing Benjamin Mendy and midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.

Also, Left-back Mendy is out with a thigh injury while Gundogan is sidelined due to a knee issue.

Midfielder Fabian Delph has also suffered an injury and won’t be playing on Monday.
