Premier League club Liverpool have been in talks with Bundesliga team Borussia Mönchengladbach for a potential move for their midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has been keeping his eye out for a few midfielder to help improve his current squad and has been speaking with Borussia Monchengladbach to possibly sign him for around £25 million.
However, Liverpool isn’t the only team after the youngster as Borussia Dortmund are also looking to sign him as a replacement for Ilkay Gundogan who was signed by Manchester City previously in the summer.
Mahmoud Dahoud is a midfielder who is impressed by many clubs due to his attributes defensively and that will interest Klopp as his team lacks defensively.
Mahmoud has been playing well for Borussia Monchengladbach but really hasn’t been getting as much game time as he would like and Liverpool will be able to offer him that if he shows his true potential as a word class player.
All in all, It would be a fantastic transfer for Liverpool and would help them get one step closer to the Premier League title for a long time.
