Tour de France 2017 takes action on July 2nd, 2017 8:00 AM EST in Düsseldorf (Germany) to Liège (Belgium) covering a distance of 203.5 km.
NBCSN will be doing the TV coverage while the game can be watched online live on FuboTV.
Britains Geraint Thomas captured the first Time Trial stage, winning his first career Tour de France stage (16min 04sec), earning the much beloved “yellow jersey”.
Stage 2 is mostly flat and would be less of a task for the sprinters. This stage features Only two category 4 climbs, first- Grafenberg after only 6.5km from start and the second- côte d’Olne 20.5km before the finish line.
The route calls for an unusual return to the starting town after the peloton takes a ride to the Neanderthal man at the prehistoric site of the Neander Valley 35 kilometers after leaving Düsseldorf.
