The Bills ( 3-1) are coming off a 23-17 victory over the Falcons last week. The offensive needs to improve as it ranks 29th in the league nonetheless it has been successful to give the team three wins so far.
Buffalo is at trouble with their cornerback position heading into Sunday’s game as CB E.J. Gaines, who picked a groin injury in the second half of last Sunday’s win over Atlanta is not yet 100 percent healthy. Also, CB Shareece Wright is questionable with a back ailment.
Also, the wide receiver position is thin as Jordan Matthews is out for a thumb surgery. That means tight end Charles Clay will have some pressure going into Sunday’s game.
Furthermore, Marcell Dareus (ankle), Shaq Lawson (groin) and Micah Hyde (knee) are all on the questionable list as well. But head coach Sean McDermott has confidence in these defensive starters to play in Sunday’s game at Cincinnati.
After three straight losses into the season, the Bengals’offense exploded for four TDs and an FG to give the team a 31-7 win at FirstEnergy Stadium last week at Cleveland. earning the team its much-needed first victory.
QB Andy Dalton has led the offense in last two weeks as he notched passer ratings of 124.1 at Green Bay and 146.0 at Cleveland. Dalton completed 25 of 30 passes for 286 yards, four touchdowns and zero interceptions against the Browns.
Dalton, under the guidance of former QBs coach Bill Lazor, seems to work well and things will much clear when hits the field on Sunday against a stronger Bills.
