Quarterback Paxton Lynch suffered a right shoulder sprain and cornerback Brendan Langley got a sprained knee. Both have been ruled out of Sunday’s clash.

Left tackle Garett Bolles and wide receiver Bennie Fowler III are placed on the questionable list due to injuries for Sunday’s game at Buffalo.

Cornerback Bradley Roby who was out with an ankle injury in Wednesday’s practice session had full practice work on Friday. But Coach Joseph didn’t make it clear that Roby would play Sunday’s game. Also, Joseph said in not sure if running back Devontae Booker, who missed the first two games while recovering from a fractured wrist would make his 2017 regular-season debut on Sunday.

However, nose tackle Ahtyba Rubin is ready to hit the field. Rubin was signed into replacing defensive end Jared Crick, who is now placed on injured reserve because of a disc injury.

DT Marcell Dareus was not seen in the practice all week after suffering an ankle injury in the loss to the Panthers and OT Cordy Glenn is fighting with foot and ankle problems. Both won’t be playing for the Bills on Sunday against Denver
