NFL team Dallas Cowboys’ running back Ezekiel Elliott has been caught on video pulling down a woman’s shirt, making her bare breast visible to people celebrating St. Patrick’s Day parade in Dallas.

As reported by TMZ Sports, the video shows, Elliott with a drink in his hand partying on the roof of a Dallas bar with a couple of friends. And a woman reaches out to the people, gesturing her hands over her breasts first and then pointing them towards Elliott. The next moment Elliott is seen pulling down her shirt exposing her breasts.

After the incident, TMZ  spoke with Elliott’s representatives, who told that the woman was not upset and continued partying with Elliott and his friends after the parade as well.

TMZ later reported that they obtained another video taken seconds after the incident which shows Elliott reaching out to pull her shirt for the second time but she slaps him away before showing her cleavage to the crowd below by herself.

According to NBC’s Pro Football Talk, the NFL have not yet commented on the incident.

Moreover, the Dallas Cowboys 21-year-old rookie is still under investigation by the NFL for regarding the domestic assault allegations made by his ex-girlfriend in July.

As per an initial report, Elliott’s ex-girlfriend disclosed to Columbus, Ohio police that Elliot assaulted her in her parked car in July. However, Elliott was not arrested or charged by police and has denied such allegations.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the star running back answered questions from the NFL during the season and has complied fully with the investigation. Under the league’s personal conduct policy, the NFL can still suspend a player even though they were not found guilty.

Elliott led the league in rushing during his debut season and was crucial in the Cowboys campaign in clinching the No. 1 seed in the NFC.
