Texas Rangers Team News

The Rangers will send Right-hander Andrew Cashner in the series opener against the Orioles on Monday at Camden Yards. This will Cashner’s first meeting against the Orioles since 2013.

Cashner ended his first half on the low due to right biceps tendinitis and strained left muscle injuries. This will be his third start since June 14.

Baltimore Orioles Team News

Chris Tillman takes the ball when the Orioles open up a four-game series against the Rangers at Camden Yards on Monday. This will be Tillman’s first start after welcoming his newborn daughter since June 30. In his last start, the right handed threw for his best start of the first half of the season, allowing two runs. Tillman ended the first half 1-5 with a 7.90 ERA.

Much will be expected of Mark Trumbo, who has hit 18 home runs in 283 career outings at-bats against the Rangers.
