Rebecca Ferguson’s present life in showbiz is marked by vibrancy and continuity. She can be seen in various film projects recently.
Ferguson’s important showbiz career breaks involve herself starring in the 2015 movie, “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation” with Hollywood A-lister, Tom Cruise.
In that installment of the action-spy film franchise, she portrayed the role of Ilsa Faust, an MI6 undercover agent.
Cruise and Ferguson worked together again in “Mission: Impossible – Fallout” released in July last year.
The Swedish actress has progressed on working with well-known and very active Hollywood celebrities.
Ferguson starred in the 2017 musical film, “The Greatest Showman” with Hugh Jackman and Zac Efron.
She played the role of Jenny Lind, the acclaimed 19th-century Swedish opera singer who was also well-known with the nickname, the “Swedish Nightingale.”
In the movie, Ferguson’s character attempted to seduce and create brouhaha in the professional and private life of “Circus King,” Phineas Taylor “P. T.” Barnum, which was portrayed by Jackman.
The 35-year-old actress also recently appeared in “The Snowman.” In the psychological drama, she played the role of Katrine Bratt who was one of the victims of the serial murderer.
The 2017 crime thriller also starred prolific “X-Men: Apocalypse” actor, Michael Fassbender.
Besides her hectic and progressive showbiz career, Ferguson revealed that she had recently gotten married to her partner named Rory.
The couple has reportedly been in a relationship since 2016. Pleased with this recent development in her personal life, Ferguson cited that her wedding was not an elegant and formal occasion.
It was a casual event with attendees playing table tennis, snooker, and wearing comfortable clothing, she shared.
Furthermore, the simple ceremony, according to her, did not involve herself wearing the traditional long wedding gown.
Instead, she shared that she wore a “wedding skirt that she can shorten off, get some pockets in, and use in Greece for the summer.”
Ferguson will be seen next playing the character of Morgan “Morgana” Le Fay in the recently completed fantasy movie, “The Kid Who Would Be King.”
Directed and written by Joe Cornish, the audience will find the Hollywood star portraying the role of the wicked sorceress.
In the film, she has a tangled relationship with the young male character that inadvertently discovers Excalibur, the legendary sword owned by King Arthur.
