Idaho Team News

The Idaho Vandals had the chance to snap their two-game losing streak against NWN and UCSB (77-73 and a 66-55 loss) with their latest game. It was a 98-44 victory over the D-III West Coast Baptist Eagles. Their game against the Eagles was seamless and easy. Well, the Eagles were surely overmatched. Idaho has fairly nice averages this season so far. Scoring an average of 76.8 points per game, they are willing to take upon any challenge and give a good fight to any enemy.

They want to display their power on the field against a serious team. And this matchup gives them the chance to do so. How well will the team fare against tough adversity? Well, only time will tell.

North Dakota Team News

The North Dakota Fighting Hawks are 4-3. They are 3-0 at home, and this is their fourth game at home. However, the Fighting Hawks are coming off a two-game losing streak. On November 25th, they had a 74-68 loss at the hands of the Utah Valley Wolverines. After that, they had an 81-76 loss to the Montana State Bobcats in their latest game this season.

The Fighting Hawks want to snap their losing streak with a comfortable win. And this matchup will give them plenty of opportunity for the same. They want to win, that’s one thing, but they don’t want to lose to a team with many inferior stats at any cost. The Hawks are averaging 81.4 points per game up against the 76.8 of the Vandals.
