Nevada Team News

The Nevada Wolf Pack are 7-4 so far into the season. For many seasons, they have been a 7-win team. This time, although they never publicly announced it, the aim was to have 8 wins. The players and staff of the Nevada team had it down to a simple math trick: win two games per quarter. It will add up to a total of eight games.

How fortunate (or unfortunate, depending on the outcome tonight) for them that their rivalry game will clash with their aim! It is known nationwide that the Nevada Wolf Pack’s biggest rival remains to be the UNLV Rebels. Going through the Rebels to attain their goal will be a treat in itself.

The series is also in their favor. They have won two games in a row in head-to-head all-time series of this rivalry.

UNLV Team News

A good performance from players such as Max Gilliam, Lexington Thomas, and Tyleek Collins will be crucial if the UNLV Rebels want to score a win. They have been on the losing side for last two seasons. They want to get back.

Coming off a 35-28 loss at the hands of the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors, the Rebels are not in good shape. But let’s see how they handle the pressure of rivalry.
