The Texas-El Paso vs Rice game is up for 6:30 PM EST later today evening. The game is going to be happening at the Rice Stadium located on the Rice University campus in Houston, Texas. This is not an important game, both teams have had a terrible season, and the team stats are awful. This many losses is terribly bad. Not only for the ranking system but for the fans sentiments as well.

The UTEP or the Texas-El Paso Miners are 0-8. Having lost all games in this season so far, they don’t have much of a hope left. There are only a few games left and they cannot make up for it.
Kai Locksley, Quardraiz Wadley, and Warren Redix lead the season with sub-par stats. We believe they have a pretty bad portfolio, worse than their competitors this matchup, the Rice Owls.
The Rice Owls are 1-8 so far into the season. On a losing streak, they are a team looking for a beam of light to shine upon them in this stark darkness. Will their game with the UTEP team be their second win of the season?
They sure hope so. Not only are they in a better team form than the Miners, but they also have better stats than them. They are going to play to win this one. If they don’t let slip-ups ruin everything, then this is a game that they have in the bag.
However, they are allowing far more yards than the Miners on average and that could be bad. If the Miners could capitalize on this lack of defensive might, then they will have it easy.
