Elon Team News

The Elon Phoenix are 4-1 so far into the season and they are looking for their fifth win of the season, and the fifth win in a row. Their only loss has been their season opening loss at the hands of the South Florida Bulls. It was a 34-14 loss. After that, they have been through some sweeping victories. First off on this list was the 45-7 destruction of the Furman Paladins. We also count the 30-9 crushing of the New Hampshire Wildcats into the same list.

Sure, they might not have a crushing win this game against the Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens, but they sure do have the resources and players to beat them.

Delaware Team News

The Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens are 3-2 so far into the season. Their fourth win has to come if they want to make a statement later on in the season. They are coming off a 43-28 win against the Richmond Spiders. When they host the Phoenix, they will be in their top form so far. We believe they have the necessary talent to give the Elon team a run for their victory crown this game.

But do the Hens have the talent to defeat the Phoenix? That’s something we’re very unsure about. Let’s see how the game unfolds.
