Central Michigan Team News

The Central Michigan Chippewas have had a three-game losing streak since the season’s start. Their latest game has been their only win. It was a 17-5 win against the Maine Black Bears. Before that, the team has been in losses like the 35-20 loss to the Kentucky Wildcats, the terrible 31-7 loss to the Kansas Jayhawks, and finally the 24-16 loss to the Norther Illinois Huskies.

They want a win badly. But their stats are quite poor. They need to up their offense if they want any shot at a victory. However, up against the #21 Spartans, we’re afraid even that won’t be helpful for Central Michigan.

Michigan State Team News

The #21 Michigan State Spartans are currently 2-1 into the season. They only want one thing: to stay in the position as one of the finest teams. For that, they need their third win in the season. Of course, it’s not as much about the score as much it is about making a statement. The college football fans are glued to their screens and there’s a solid reason behind that. The Spartans are playing in the Spartan Stadium and hosting their same-state rivals, the Chippewas. The Chippewas are a weaker team. Both in form and on the paper. This means they can’t afford to lose. They want to remain in the rankings and now is not the time for losses.

Their conference play for the Big Ten was an on-road 35-21 win against the Indiana Hoosiers and it must be working great for them. Now they are taking a step back in a way by matching against a non-conference opponent in the Central Michigan Chippewas.
