Eastern Michigan Team News

The Eastern Michigan Eagles don’t have a lot going for them in this matchup. Sure, their offense is quite brilliant and this season, their stats are way higher than those of the Aztecs. However, it’s the defense where everything breaks down. If they can stop the Aztec offense, then sure, they have a strong case against them and can clearly have a win.

The Eagles neet to stop the Aztecs from being too aggressive and get aggressive themselves (which comes easy to them). Further, they also need to empower their own defense so that they don’t eat a lot of points while focusing solely on their own aggression.

San Diego State Team News

The San Diego State Aztecs are going to be fierce this game. They direly need their third win in the season and they will leave nothing out for luck. In average, the Aztecs are far behind in scoring per game (averages of this season) but the defense of the Eagles is something the Aztecs will have no problem in cracking wide open.

So, when the Aztecs lock horns with the Eastern Michigan Eagles, all they need to make sure is that their own defense remains the kind of fine it is while also attacking aggressively to get those points in. Once they have a lead, it will be hard to stop them.
