The Quackers drop their fourth straight game with the 24-19 loss to Yale Bulldogs last week. A notable performance in the game came from senior Justin Watson, who caught 10 passes for 120 yards and a 23-yard touchdown reception.

Quarterback Will Fischer-Colbrie is completing 76 out 124 attempts and has run just 988 yards through the six games. Besides the weak passing game, the team also lacks in rushing attack. RB Karekin Brooks leads with 587 yards rushing.

The Penn really need to step up on Saturday against Brown if they want to make a come back on the season.

Being 2-4 and 0-3 in the Ivy League on the season, the Bears are also struggling for a win. They are coming off a 34-7 loss to Cornell Big Red when the Bears’ offense was non-existent for three quarters, with a 34-0 hole midway through the fourth quarter last Saturday at Schoellkopf Field.

The teams’ quarterback position is injury struck. Starting quarterback TJ Linta was out in last week’s game giving freshman Jeffrey Jonke the opportunity to the start for the Bears. However, it went haywire for him as he was hit really bad in the opening quarter and was replaced by junior Nick Duncan. Duncan completed 10-of-26 passes for 136 yards and a touchdown in the loss. Duncan is expected start in Saturday’s clash against Penn.

Senior Thomas Linta, who missed last week’s game due to injury is expected to be back in the lineup on Saturday.
