No. 7 seed Michigan Wolverines  (24-11, 10-8 Big Ten)  takes on the No. 10 seed Oklahoma State Cowboys (20-12, 9-9 Big 12) in the Midwest region first round of NCAA tournament at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

The game tip-off at 12:15 PM EST on Friday on CBS with Jim Nantz, Grant Hill, Bill Raftery and Tracy Wolfson calling the action.

The winner of the game will play against the winner of No. 2 seed Louisville and No. 15 Jacksonville State next.

Michigan Wolverines have won 10 of last 12 games and emerged as the lowest seed ever to win the Big Ten Tournament last week after as the No. 8 seed; the Wolverines conquered No. 9 seed Illinois, top-seeded Purdue, fourth-seeded Minnesota and No. 2 seed Wisconsin in the championship game.

Derrick Walton Jr. and Zak Irvin were named to the Big Ten All-Tournament Sunday. Walton averaged 20.5 points, and 6.3 assists per game in the four games played in the Big Ten Tournament while Irvin averaged 14.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game.

Oklahoma State Team News

Oklahoma State Cowboys will be playing in the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in the last five years and second time under Head Coach Brad Underwood and for the 28th time overall.

The Cowboys are coming off a 92-83 loss to Iowa State on March 9.

Jawun Evans leads the team, averaging 19 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 6.2 assists.
