No. 2 seed Kentucky Wildcats (29-5 Overall, 16-2 SEC) in South Region takes on in-state rival No. 15-seed Northern Kentucky Norse (24-10 Overall, 12-6 Horizon League) in the opening game of the NCAA tournament tonight.
The game tip-off at 9:40 p.m. EST Friday, March 17 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Ind.

The Wildcats are making the appearance for a national-record 56th time in the NCAA tournament.
